Dinner with Representative Jim Jordan

JimJordan_1Those who love this nation and want it to flourish and prosper often feel like it is us against the world and there is no help or hope in sight. We go through election after election getting our hopes up that maybe this time, the person we elect will be THE ONE who stands up for us and our nation. Often our hopes are dashed-the promises made and Oath of Office becomes a distant memory, but Representative Jim Jordan is different.

We have seen him in the news and watched on CSPAN as he grilled the leadership of the IRS who specifically targeted Tea Parties across this nation. He has been firm, has asked the tough questions, and is unwavering in his convictions about what is right. He has been so consistent in his battle to protect tax payers, that in September 2014, he received the ‘Taxpayers’ Friend Award,’ ‘A’ rating from National Taxpayers Union. From a report:

“Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) earned an “A” rating from the National Taxpayers Union for consistently voting to protect Americans from increased tax burdens, and for consistently voting in a fiscally responsible manner during the first session of the 113th Congress. For his consistent voting record he received the 2013 “Taxpayers’ Friend Award,” given through the organization’s “NTU Rates Congress” program. In the first session, Rep. Jordan received the thirteenth highest rating out of 430 Representatives that NTU rated. Rep. Jordan has consistently received an “A” rating every year since he began serving in Congress in 2007.”

Now is your chance to meet Rep. Jordan and thank him for the work he is doing to protect us from those who want to Lord over us in the IRS. He will be our Keynote Speaker on October 28th at the Ramada Inn located at 3536 Secor Road in Toledo.  The deadline for tickets is October 21st, so get yours today!  Let’s return the favor and show him the support that he has shown us.  Reserve YOUR seat here!

Congressman Bob Latta will join us for a  Reception at 5 pm and dinner will be served at 6:00 pm.
