Rep Latta – Support the “Defund Obamacare Act of 2013″ (HR-2682)

Latta must sign the Meadows’s Letter to Defund ObamacareThis is going to be the toughest stand that Rep Latta will take.  But he must do this.  Its time to stop with “repeal” votes that are meaningless,  its time to stop Obamacare,  period.

“Representatives should co-sponsor the Defund Obamacare Act AND tie it to a “must-pass” bill, such as the year-end funding bill.  If Congress chooses not to fund Obamacare activities for the upcoming fiscal year, the Obama Administration cannot act to implement the law.  Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and fourteen of his Senate colleagues have said they “will not support any continuing resolution or appropriations legislation that funds further implementation or enforcement of Obamacare.”  Congress can and should act to defund all of Obamacare now.”….

Read this article from Heritage Action to get an understanding how this works.  Then call Rep Latta ( OR your representative) and tell them they need to sign onto the Meadow’s letter and co-sponsor, AND Support the HR-2682.

  1. We are going to be meeting with Latta, next Thursday, at his office, and hope for a large crowd. The more the better. The message needs to be heard by him.
